RETURN POLICY

If you’re not 100% satisfied with your purchase, return it for any reason within 30 days of your purchase. Simply return your purchase in saleable condition with the original packaging, including Universal Product Code (UPC), manuals, parts, and your receipt or packing slip. We will pay the return shipping costs if the product is defective or the return is a result of our error. If the item is returned for any other reason you are responsible for the return shipping amount.

Returns will not be accepted for products that show signs of abuse, misuse, consequential damages, improper installation, product with serial numbers or labels removed or altered, product missing parts or normal wear and tear. Such defective product will be returned at the customer’s expense.

RETURN PROCEDURE

No returned merchandise will be accepted without a Return Material Authorization (RMA). To obtain an RMA number call us at (877) 832-5465 or email us at orders@jobsightsolutions.com . Please include the following in your return request:

  • Your name
  • Your order number
  • A list of the items you wish to return.

We will provide you with an RMA number. In cases were the item is deffective or being returned as a result of an error on our part, you will also be sent a return shipping label. Your RMA number must be written on the outside of the carton(s). All returns are subject to inspection and company approval. Allow 2 weeks for company to process. RMA NUMBER WILL EXPIRE AFTER 30 DAYS.

REFUNDS AND CREDIT

We will credit you in the same manner as your original payment within 7 days of receiving the returned item. If you paid with cash or check, we’ll refund your purchase with check. If you paid with credit card or debit card, we'll credit your account.All returned items will be credited at the lowest price paid by the customer.

WARRANTY

Warranty policy does not cover abuse, misuse, consequential damages, improper installation, product with serial numbers or labels removed or altered, product missing parts or normal wear and tear. Such defective product will be returned at the customer’s expense. All warranty items will be credited at the lowest price paid by the customer.

We offer a 1-year warranty on all phone accesoories such as Belt Clips, Batteries, and Leather Cases, Plug-in chargers, and Travel Wall Chargers. Customer misuse or normal wear and tear is not covered.

TECHNOLOGY PRODUCTS WARRANTY POLICY

Defective Technolgy products such as, but not limited to Bluetooth products, Amplifiers and Satellite equipment may be returned to JobSight within 30 days after purchase. After that time products should be returned to the manufacturer in accordance to the manufacturers warranty and procedures.
