Shipping & ReturnsRETURN POLICY If you’re not 100% satisfied with your purchase, return it for any reason within 30 days of your purchase. Simply return your purchase in saleable condition with the original packaging, including Universal Product Code (UPC), manuals, parts, and your receipt or packing slip. We will pay the return shipping costs if the product is defective or the return is a result of our error. If the item is returned for any other reason you are responsible for the return shipping amount. Returns will not be accepted for products that show signs of abuse, misuse, consequential damages, improper installation, product with serial numbers or labels removed or altered, product missing parts or normal wear and tear. Such defective product will be returned at the customer’s expense. RETURN PROCEDURE
We will provide you with an RMA number. In cases were the item is deffective or being returned as a result of an error on our part, you will also be sent a return shipping label. Your RMA number must be written on the outside of the carton(s). All returns are subject to inspection and company approval. Allow 2 weeks for company to process. RMA NUMBER WILL EXPIRE AFTER 30 DAYS.
