Founded in 2005, JobSight Solutions offers a wide range of wireless products and services to provide its customers with a one stop source to meet their wireless needs. Additionally, the company, under the name Comvergics , develops, manufactures and markets its own portable communications systems for mobile, temporary and remote office facilities. We address a global market need for instant, reliable and portable communications across a range of industries including construction, public safety/homeland security, marine, news and entertainment (TV and movie production). JobSight provides a communications solution when wire won’t do.

The Management Team

Our Company has attracted a deep management team with more than 125 years of relevant industry experience and a history of growing value. 

Stephen Geldmacher – CEO, has over 25 years of management and leadership success in the wireless industry including start-up of Sprint PCS to $15B annual revenue.

Dennis King – Founder and COO, has spent over 20 years in the construction industry as a superintendent, project manager and general contractor. His intimate knowledge of communications problems encountered in temporary facilities is the inspiration behind JobSight.

Steve Ricketts – CFO, is an MBA graduate from the University of California at Berkeley and brings almost 40 years of experience as a key advisor to owners and senior executives in emerging growth companies.

Mark Rosen – CTO, is an Electronics Engineering graduate from MIT and brings 35 years of telecommunications management and design experience to the Company.

Gopan Madathil – V.P. Marketing, brings 16 years of marketing and product development experience of which the past 10 years have been working with global wireless carriers including two start-ups as well as large corporations (OSI, Agilent, Wipro) and has been part of two strategic acquisitions.

Bart Lewalski – V.P. of Engineering, is a Mathematics and Engineering graduate from Queens University in Canada and brings 20 years of international design, manufacturing and management consulting experience to the Company.
